Apple or Android are not responsible for this Application and the content thereof. Certain features of this Application mav require vou to be a “SOOQ CARS” member or provide personal information as part of a registration process. Your use of these features and this Application are also subsect to SOOQ CARS Privacy Policy and User Agreement.

SOOQ CARS (sooq-cars.com) is a leading platform in classified ads that provides sellers with the opportunity to list various products related to the automotive sector, and an opportunity for buyers to browse, search and communicate with dealers and individuals selling those products.
The SOOQ CARS platform allows its users who comply with these terms to offer, sell and buy the products listed on the platform. Although you may be able to make payments and other transactions through the Platform using third party vendors, OpenSood is not in any way involved in such transactions. As a result, and as set out in more detail in these Terms, you acknowledge and agree that Sooq Cars is not a party to such transactions, has no control over any element of such transactions, and therefore has no liability to any party, in connection with such transactions.
Auto Market does not assume any responsibility and does not provide any warrant or guarantee for anv products sold or purchased. It is not responsible for any refunds or any disputes arising between users of the platform. You use the Services and the Platform at vour own risk and to the extent permitted by law
You understand that the Auto Market Platform is not responsible for, and does not control, advertisements, directory information, commercial information, even messages between users and electronic means of communication and is not responsible for comments or user postings including images, graphics, video, sounds and any other materials available via the Website and the Service ("Content").
You may be exposed to content that is inappropriate, offensive, misleading, or otherwise objectionable when using the Website, to the extent permitted by law, you acknowledge that you are responsible and must evaluate the use of any Content and assume all risks associated with the use of any Content. You also specifically acknowledge and agree that Soug will not accept any liability for the defamatory, abusive or illegal conduct of any user or third party and that the risk of damages or harm resulting from the foregoing rests entirely with you.

SOOQ CARS is not responsible about anv report that is provided, we do not granite the data is correct or if missed provided. we do not own the provided reports, and they can be unavailable at anytime.
SOOQ CARS will have all the rights to send any messages to you on any platform or social media either to support you or for marketing purposes. Sooq Cars will also have the right to market your ads and share your number
Limitation of Liability.
SOOQ CARS is not liable to you or any user for any use or misuse of this Application. Such limitation: (a) includes direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary and punitive damages, whether such claim is based on, contract, tort or otherwise. (b) applies whether damages arise from use or misuse of and reliance on this Application, from inability to use this Application, or from the interruption, suspension, or termination of this Application (including any damages incurred by third parties).
Third Party Beneficiary.
Apple and Apple's subsidiaries / Android and Android's subsidiaries are third party beneficiaries of this Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, and, upon your acceptance, Apple / Android as a third party beneficiary thereof will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms of Use against you.
