User Agreement (Terms and Conditions)

These Terms and Conditions of Use set out the agreement between you and Sooq-cars.com, and govern the use of our platforms and services that we offer. Apple or Android are not responsible for this Application and the content thereof. Certain features of this Application may require you to be a “Sooq Cars” member or provide personal information as part of a registration process. Your use of these features and this Application is also subject to the Sooq Cars Privacy Policy and User Agreement.

Agree to the Terms of Use

These Terms of Use provide you with the terms that we agree to provide and allow you to access and use our Platform. Please print a copy of these Terms of Use and refer to them when you use our Platforms and Services. You agree to be bound by these Terms of Use if you continue to use our Platforms. In the event that you do not agree to these Terms of Use, you must refrain from using our Platforms and Services immediately. We may make partial and/or complete modifications, updates, and/or amendments to the Terms of Use at any time. If any future modifications, updates, and/or amendments are not acceptable to you, you must stop using our Platforms and Services. By accessing, browsing, or using the Website or the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Additionally, when using a portion of the Service, you agree to comply with any applicable posted guidelines for such Service, which may change or be updated from time to time at Sooq Cars' sole discretion. You understand and agree that you are solely responsible for reviewing these Terms from time to time.

Service Description and Content Policy

Sooq Cars (sooq-cars.com) is a leading platform for classified ads that provides sellers with the opportunity to list various products related to the automotive sector, and an opportunity for buyers to browse, search, and communicate with dealers and individuals selling those products. The Sooq Cars platform allows its users who comply with these terms to offer, sell, and buy the products listed on the platform. Although you may be able to make payments and other transactions through the Platform using third-party vendors, Sooq Cars is not in any way involved in such transactions. As a result, and as set out in more detail in these Terms, you acknowledge and agree that Sooq Cars is not a party to such transactions, has no control over any element of such transactions, and therefore has no liability to any party in connection with such transactions. Sooq Cars does not assume any responsibility and does not provide any warranty or guarantee for any products sold or purchased. It is not responsible for any refunds or any disputes arising between users of the platform. You use the Services and the Platform at your own risk and to the extent permitted by law. You understand that the Sooq Cars Platform is not responsible for, and does not control, advertisements, directory information, commercial information, even messages between users and electronic means of communication, and is not responsible for comments or user postings, including images, graphics, videos, sounds, and any other materials available via the Website and the Service (“Content”). You may be exposed to content that is inappropriate, offensive, misleading, or otherwise objectionable when using the Website. To the extent permitted by law, you acknowledge that you are responsible and must evaluate the use of any Content and assume all risks associated with the use of any Content. You may not rely solely on said content, as under no circumstances will Sooq Cars be liable in any way for the content or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of browsing, using, or reading any blog, email, or other content available via the service. You are solely responsible for the private content that you submit, post, or link through the Service, and for the consequences thereof. In particular, you are solely responsible for all Content that you upload, transmit, or otherwise make available via the Service. With respect to such content posted on or transmitted through the Service, you confirm, acknowledge, and undertake to do so.

Limitations of Liability

Neither Sooq Cars nor its directors, employees, or agents shall be liable for direct or indirect damages (even if Sooq Cars has been advised of the possibility of such damages) arising from any aspect of your use of the Platform or the Service, including damages arising from misuse of the Platform, inability to use the Platform or one of its services, or interruption, suspension, replacement, or termination of the Platform and its services. These restrictions apply to the fullest extent permitted by law. You also specifically acknowledge and agree that Sooq Cars will not accept any liability for the defamatory, abusive, or illegal conduct of any user or third party and that the risk of damages or harm resulting from the foregoing rests entirely with you.

Acceptance of the Terms of Use

You acknowledge that you have read the Terms of Use and agree to all terms and conditions. By accessing and using our Platform and Services, you agree to be bound by the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. If you do not agree to be bound by the terms in these Terms, the Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, and our other policies, you are not authorized to access or use our Platforms and Services. Sooq Cars is not responsible for any report that is provided; we do not guarantee the data is correct or if miss provided. We do not own the provided reports, and they can be unavailable at any time. Sooq Cars will have all the rights to send any messages to you on any platform or social media, either to support you or for marketing purposes. Sooq Cars will also have the right to market your ads and share your number. Limitation of Liability: Sooq Cars is not liable to you or any user for any use or misuse of this Application. Such limitation: (a) includes direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, and punitive damages, whether such claim is based on contract, tort, or otherwise, and (b) applies whether damages arise from use or misuse of and reliance on this Application, from inability to use this Application, or from the interruption, suspension, or termination of this Application (including any damages incurred by third parties).

Third-Party Beneficiary

Apple and Apple's subsidiaries / Android and Android's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, and, upon your acceptance, Apple / Android as a third-party beneficiary thereof will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms of Use against you.

Privacy Policy

We, Century Sooq Cars (Oman) (hereinafter referred to as “we”, Sooq Cars” or “Sooq Cars APP”), as a platform focusing on local e-commerce and transaction services, have always taken very seriously the protection of personal data and privacy. Fully aware of the importance of personal data to you (or “users”), we will do our best to ensure the security and reliability of your personal data. To sustain your trust in us, we are committed to protecting your personal data by adhering to the following principles: lawfulness, fairness, and transparency; purpose limitation; data minimization; accuracy; storage limitation; integrity and confidentiality; and accountability. We also undertake to put in place due safeguards to protect your personal data according to pioneering industry standards on data security when you are using the App (Sooq Cars), application, software, or services (collectively referred to as “services”) we offer. Further, such information may also be collected and used for data analysis and study, out of justified needs for offering personalized services and improving the quality of service, for improving system security of our services, for more accurate prevention of phishing App frauds, and for ensuring the security of your Sooq Cars account.

Special Note

This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) only applies to the use of services offered, not to services offered by a third party through Sooq Cars, or services toward which any third-party link on the Sooq Cars platform directs. For the car report, Sooq Cars is not responsible for the data and information provided from the reports. The reports will be updated by Car Seer. You will be charged in Omani currency, Omani Rial, therefore we are not responsible for any currency changes; you might be charged more or less than the price you see. The car report you bought may or may not be visible to you. Sooq Cars reserves the right to disable them from you at any moment after you receive the reports.

You agree to any changes that will happen to the terms of use of the app.
