User Agreement (Terms and Conditions)

These Terms and Conditions of Use set out the agreement between you and (Sooq-cars.com) and the governs for the use of our platforms and the services we offer. Apple or Android are not responsible for this application or its content. Certain features of this application may require you to be a SOOQ CARS member or provide personal information as part of a registration process. Your use of these features and this application is also subject to the SOOQ CARS Privacy Policy and User Agreement.

Agree to the Terms of Use

These Terms of Use outline the conditions under which we provide you with access to and use of our platform. Please print a copy of these Terms of Use and refer to them whenever you use our platforms and services. By continuing to use our platforms, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, you must immediately stop using our platforms and services. We reserve the right to make partial or complete modifications, updates, and or changes to these Terms of Use at any time. If any future modifications, updates, or changes are not acceptable to you, you must stop using our platforms and services. By accessing, browsing, or using the website or the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Additionally, when using a portion of the service, you agree to comply with any applicable posted guidelines for that service, which may be changed or updated from time to time at SOOQ CARS sole discretion. You understand and agree that it is solely your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Service Description and Content Policy

SOOQ CARS (sooq-cars.com) is a leading platform for classified ads, offering sellers the opportunity to list various products related to the automotive sector and providing buyers the chance to browse, search, and communicate with dealers and individuals selling those products. The SOOQ CARS platform allows its users, who comply with these terms, to offer, sell, and buy the products listed on the platform. Although you may be able to make payments and conduct other transactions through the platform using third-party vendors, SOOQ CARS is not in any way involved in such transactions. As a result, and as set out in more detail in these terms, you acknowledge and agree that SOOQ CARS is not a party to such transactions, has no control over any element of such transactions, and therefore has no liability to any party in connection with such transactions. SOOQ CARS does not assume any responsibility and does not provide any warranty or guarantee for any products sold or purchased. It is not responsible for any refunds or disputes arising between users of the platform. You use the services and the platform at your own risk and to the extent permitted by law. You understand that the SOOQ CARS platform is not responsible for, and does not control, advertisements, directory information, commercial information, messages exchanged between users, electronic means of communication, comments, or user postings, including images, graphics, videos, sounds, and any other materials available via the website and the service (Content). When using the website, you may be exposed to content that is inappropriate, offensive, misleading, or otherwise objectionable. To the extent permitted by law, you acknowledge that you are responsible for evaluating and assuming all risks associated with the use of any content. You may not rely solely on said content, as under no circumstances will SOOQ CARS be liable in any way for the content or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred because of browsing, using, or reading any blog, email, or other content available via the service. You are solely responsible for the private content that you submit, post, or link through the service, and for the consequences thereof. You are solely responsible for all content that you upload, transmit, or otherwise make available via the service. With respect to such content posted on or transmitted through the service, you confirm, acknowledge, and undertake to comply with these terms.

Limitations of Liability

Neither Sooq Cars team shall be liable for direct or indirect damages (even if Sooq Cars has been advised of the possibility of such damages) arising from any aspect of your use of the platform or the service, including damages arising from misuse of the platform, inability to use the platform or any of its services, or interruption, suspension, replacement, or termination of the platform and its services. These restrictions fully apply permitted by law. You also specifically acknowledge and agree that Sooq Cars will not accept any liability for defamatory, abusive, or illegal conduct by any user or third party, and that the risk of damages or harm resulting from the foregoing rests entirely with you.

Accept the Terms of Use

You acknowledge that you have read the Terms of Use and agree to all terms and conditions. By accessing and using our Platform and Services, you agree to be bound by the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. If you do not agree to be bound by the terms in these Terms, the Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, and our other policies, you are not authorized to access or use our Platforms and Services. SOOQ CARS is not responsible for any report that is provided. We do not guarantee that the data is correct or complete, nor do we own the reports provided, and they may be unavailable at any time. SOOQ CARS reserves the right to send any messages to you on any platform or social media, either to support you or for marketing purposes. SOOQ CARS also has the right to market your ads and share your contact number.

Third-Party Beneficiary

Apple and Apple's subsidiaries, as well as Android and Android's subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of this Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. Upon your acceptance, Apple or Android, as a third-party beneficiary, will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms of Use against you.

Privacy Policy

We SOOQ CARS (Oman) (hereinafter referred to as we SOOQ CARS, or SOOQ CARS APP), as a platform focusing on local e-commerce and transaction services, have always taken the protection of personal data and privacy very seriously. Fully aware of the importance of personal data to you (the users), we will do our best to ensure the security and reliability of your personal data. To sustain your trust in us, we are committed to protecting your personal data by adhering to the following principles: lawfulness, fairness, and transparency; purpose limitation; data minimization; accuracy; storage limitation; integrity and confidentiality; and accountability. We also undertake to implement appropriate safeguards to protect your personal data according to pioneering industry standards on data security when you are using the App SOOQ CARS, application, software, or services (collectively referred to as “services”) we offer. Furthermore, such information may also be collected and used for data analysis and study, for justified needs such as offering personalized services, improving the quality of service, enhancing system security, more accurately preventing phishing App fraud, and ensuring the security of your SOOQ CARS account.

Special Note

This Privacy Policy (Policy) applies only to the use of services offered by SOOQ CARS and does not extend to services provided by third parties through SOOQ CARS or services linked to any third-party websites on the SOOQ CARS platform.

Regarding Car Reports

SOOQ CARS is not responsible for the accuracy or completeness of the data and information provided in the reports. These reports are updated by Car Seer. You will be charged in Omani currency (Omani Rial). Therefore, SOOQ CARS is not responsible for any currency fluctuations, and you may be charged more or less than the price displayed. The car report you purchase may or may not remain visible to you. SOOQ CARS reserves the right to disable your access to the reports at any time after they are delivered.

You agree to any changes that may occur to the Terms of Use of the app.
